The staff are friendly, kind, and accommodating. There are five restaurants in the same location, providing plenty of dining options. The location is convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

This place has a wonderful location near Art Cafe, offering spacious rooms with a bedroom, kitchen, and a delightful view, as well as delicious food.

The hotel has a pleasant location, with the metro nearby and surrounded by the leafy green suburbs of Maadi and the city centre, making Maadi district a great place to stay.

The decoration in the hotel was simply charming. The elegant furniture and beautiful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasure to relax and spend time in the hotel's general areas. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the property, ensuring ease of movement for those with mobility concerns.

It would have been even better if the hotel had offered a dedicated senior-friendly activity or excursion. The children working there already provided excellent service, but a special activity tailored specifically for senior guests would have been a lovely addition to ensure an unforgettable vacation experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was really good, making us feel very welcomed and comfortable. They arranged for our transportation from the airport, hassle-free. The hotel facilities were fantastic; we had a spacious apartment, including separate living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom - more like a BnB. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a short walk to many restaurants and markets. the hotel had five restaurants on-site, providing a variety of food options.

Everything is what we need and want.
